The game simulates a supply chain from a beer producer through the distributor, wholesale and retail to the final consumer. The game’s objective is to create an understanding of the importance of information exchange between supply chain actors.

Dr. Valerie Tang received her BEng and her PhD from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She then worked as the Postdoctoral Fellow in the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) for a few years and has experienced in handling FDS and ITF projects related to the field of Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation and Logistics Management. Specially, her current research areas cover Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare Services Planning, Internet of Things, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Mr. Eddy CHAN

Mr. Eddy Chan obtained his Master of Engineering (Hons) in Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management from the University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, he worked as engineer in industry and has extensive experience in project management, consultancy work, engineering design and product testing.
